What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Do you offer refills for gel extensions?

We do not offer refills for gel extensions. Our gel extensions are fully formed structured gel nails, which means once they grow out, the apex shifts, weakening support and balance. To maintain nail health and structure, a full removal and a fresh set is applied at every service.

How long do gel nails last?

Our gel sets last approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow and your day-to-day lifestyle. Proper aftercare will help maintain their longevity.

Do you remove other salons’ work?

Yes, we do remove work from other salons, but an additional fee applies. Since we are not familiar with the products or methods previously used, the removal process takes longer and requires more care to protect your natural nails.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept card payments at the studio.
If you'd like to pay in cash, you must bring the exact amount, as we do not provide change. For a quote, feel free to DM us on Instagram prior to your appointment.
