Dissatisfaction During Your Appointment

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know during the appointment so we can make adjustments and resolve any issues immediately.

Dissatisfaction After Your Appointment

If any issues arise on the same day as your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can address the problem. After the appointment day has passed, unfortunately, no refunds or adjustments will be made.

Because each set of nails is custom-designed for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to speak up during your appointment if anything doesn’t meet your expectations.
